The project

The company uses PetExec CRM platform to manage bookings. A developer is needed to build twilio integration for automated tasks and configure a mobile app solution. The developer may choose any programming language.
Automation requirements are, but not limited to send messages to clients when bookings are made and catch replies. Replies should be redirected to a mobile application, where multiple users have access to. The mobile application should provide contact and text/conversation functionalities. Access to conversation and part of the contact list should be managed by user group policies.

CRM

The company uses PetExec which provides twilio support via its API.
Twilio
Provides text services and business voice number.

Mobile App

The application doesnt need to be developed from scratch. Ready-made solutions can be implemented e.g. Rocketbot. Favouring application that 2-6000 texts per month as economically as possible. (<$45/mth)
