Full stack websiter development

Hello there , i wanted you to make a boosting website for online games , let me show you things that i am interested in having simmilar things like

where you would choose the game , we intend to have around 5 pages for different games , then procceed to registed on the website have instant emails to the users then they can place and order and pay through paypal gates and maybe add other types of payments , and we would need to have a live chat implemented on the right side maybe , and have a notification system for when a new order arrives and a page with like referals and reviews

so are you able to tell me how much would this cost , also do we buy you a website domain , i am very little experienced in this field so i am looking for an expert to take full control of the project
