Were looking for a data expert to help us turn our customer database into a basic CRM

Requirements:

-Our database is currently in Google sheets, we need different people to access it without accidentally deleting anything
-We need to have a way for each user to be able to make changes safely
-We need a more efficient way to look up contacts without using CTRL+F (Find)
-Someone who can suggest a better way of doing things and execute on this
-Preferrably NOT using off-the shelf CRMs. Simple Sheets optimization may suffice
