Trademark registration for a mobile app, in the US, possibly, later, in some other countries

We are looking into hiring help for registration with US Patent and Trademark Office of a trademark, which is the name of a phone app. For a non-US resident, individual (non-corporate). We also consider registration in a few other countries later, so, previous international experience in this area is looked upon positively.
