In Need of a Video Editor/Creator for Long Term (1+ Year) Work| 3 videos a week $15 a week

PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING

This unique job requires a dedicated, intelligent, creative, independent, and consistent video editor/creator. You will need to possess the skills to do basic research and follow instructions.

I am the owner of our youtube channel. This channel creates motivational videos. I am looking for a video editor that can create 3 videos PER week for an entire year using a library of content that I will provide. Each video will consist of FIVE aspects:

1. The intro clip (I will provide this and will be the same for every video)

2. The motivational speaker (I will provide a library of motivational speeches that you will need to choose ONE speech from when creating each video to be the audio on the video)

3. The motivational music (I will provide a library of music that you will need to choose songs from that fit the mood of the video you are creating) (Most speeches already include default music, in this case, you will not need to choose music)

4. The combination of video clips to create an emotional evoking experience. (I will provide you a library of video clips that are appropriate for the videos and I also will provide you with a login to Storyblock a library of 800,000 short video clips. You will need to combine all these video clips to create an emotional evoking video.

5. Finishing words and reference to new videos (Not yet will we be using this) (Ignore this for now)

I will share a video with shortlisted candidates that is what I am looking for.

The videos will range in length from 2:30-10 minutes. I want an even balance of video clips in the 2:30-6minute range than ONE 10minute video a month. (1 in 12 videos will be 10 minutes, the other 11 videos should be an even balance of 2:30-6minute videos.)

All videos MUST be 1080p! You MUST become familiar with Fair Use Laws before being hired.

Each video you will have to keep track of which Speech, music, and video clip you use (unless Storyblock clip) and the time that it is used. Example:
(0:23-5:10) George Edward speech
(0:43-0:56) Movie clip from Grind
(0:45-2:10) Audio clip raining storm
(5:10-8:20) Liam Nelson speech
(At least 1 Storyblock clip used)
I NEED to know this and this is a VERY important part of the process.

At the beginning of every week, (Sunday) I will assign the same assignment with a payment of $15 USD in Escrow. At the end of every week, (Sunday MORNING) I will require that you email the videos to me including the references used. Once I receive the email I will pay you the $15 and give you the same task again. Once you get in the habit of creating the videos and following the process the videos should not take to long to make. I will be aggressively scanning and knocking off applicants please do not apply just because the income sounds good, only apply if you think you can do this job to my standards.

This is a FULL YEAR job and I will require these videos every week. If you need a week or a few off feel free to ask and I will be glad to give you the time off you want!
