I am looking for a web developer skilled in developing an online journal. The site should have all the active features that the modern online journals have, including the admin panel for authors (who submit writing and monitor progress), reviewers (who read and evaluate the submitted writing) and higher level of admins (who create other accounts). The applicant should have clear understanding on how Open Journal System of website (Removed by Toogit admin) works since the person will need to utilize that free resource.
