Architect/drafter needed for layout for downtown loft remodel

I am in need of some to scale drawings done off my hand drawn sketches that I have. I included drawlings of the current layout and wall placement with accurate measurements. I have some ideas of how I think a good layout would work, however, I am looking for some outside ideas. This place has a lot of charm as it is an upstairs loft of an old building downtown, Im looking forward to hearing from you.

Challenges:
-Needs to have three apartments out of the existing space, small, medium, and large.
-Functional layouts with the least amount of a moving the main sewer lines and walls
-Challenging long and narrow space
-primary objective right now is functional layout of the space and to scale drawings.
