Search engine optimization for a retail online store, onsite and offsite required

Search engine optimization required to improve all major search engine rankings like google and bing. Both online and offline optimization of the site will be required. Payment will be made based on progress on rankings. This will be a monthly project and initial target will be to optimize up to 10 key words. Site is a woo commerce site. Initial ranking of keywords is required and payment will be based only on progress i.e. improvement of rankings. The final intent is to get to first page on all major search engines with keyword optimization, link building, articles, blogs and on site improvements as required. Your quote should include a rate per month and how you will improve rankings and a plan for each month for 3 months and going forward. Payment is to be made only based on improvement of search rankings which is fair as we have awarded projects and not seen any changes. Once the target ranking are achieved maintaining the rankings and continued updates and marketing of the site will be required. Looking forward to proposals.
