Build a section of website for music producer.

The goal is to set up a section of my website that will allow me to sell beats.
I need someone to build a section of my website under a new slug which will allow me to upload .wav files so that visitors can stream them and purchase. It would be helpful if we could also set up the automatic transactions and payment processing system so that visitors to the site can purchase instrumentals.

1. There will need to be a streaming page (and a simple way for me to continue to upload beats.)
2. There will need to be a license page. Ill provide the agreement info.
3. There will need to be a transaction system.
