Text/SMS Integration with FileMaker

I have a client that is a car dealership and wants to send out text messages to people that have recently bought a car asking for a Google Review.

What application is best for this? I assume the challenge is to integrate it with their CRM system (filemaker) so that they dont need to manually input new customer data into the text application.

I am not sure what the best SMS / text software is to be used, Twilio I assume is the strongest for customization.

Please help!
