PowerBI dashboard design & set-up with a range of data sources

Im looking for someone to design a range of aesthetically pleasing business intelligence dashboards for our business.

The dashboards will cover different aspects of the business; marketing, sales, finance, customer support, product development, team scheduling and number of devices in field etc.

We will need to support integration with a number of different data sources as well as some manual entry.

Im open to two approaches to do this;
1) Do it all at once, or,
2) Start with a number of data sources and build one dashboard to start with, then grow from there with following dashboards

Happy to take indicative numbers/quotes at this point and then work with the selected freelancer to drill down on scope and revise budget if required.
