I need a custom login/registration page created on a Wordpress site. There is a button where users can click to login/register, or if they are already logged in, that same button will go to their account profile.

When registering, users are required to upload a photo, and they are manually reviewed by an administrator before being approved. Once a user registers, an email is sent to both the user and administrator on the next steps in the process.

Login/Registration page must be pixel perfect on the front-end and work flawlessly on the back-end.
