Need to refine existing billing on WHMCS.

1) The main task: to make sure that our support can not identify the client - to see his data, this is for the security of our customer base.
2) the client visits the site, pays for the server when payment confirmations are received, a ticket is created with the client and a notification arrives about this in the mail, then the support orders the server, pays and the server is ready, in this ticket sends data to access the server.
3) We do not have to replenish the balance, only pay bills directly for the service. A reminder should be sent to the client that he needs to pay for the server, but he can only renew through the ticket. - When creating a ticket for buying a server or extending the server or solving any other issue on the server, you need to create a ticket with support so that the client cannot be identified in any way, the identification must be on the server, that is, the client number or other information about it anywhere support should not see

Additionally:
1) We want to remove the fields when registering on the site - you need to leave only the MAIL NAME and PASSWORD field
