- Totally new responsive e-commerce website
- Rebrand included - note: this one is our and we will supply new branding.
- Objective: automation and reduced admin
- VERY easy to use/edit/update
- Search function for visitors


Features

Customers

1 Easy ordering for customers online - 1 click link from viewing to ordering

2 Customers create their own account with an email and password of their choosing; can check on progress at any time by logging in

3 Series of weekly auto-response emails - via MailChimp - after deposit made

4 Direct link to finance company website

5 Automatic system:

Order placed - deposit received - stock ordered - stock received with reg/chassis details etc - invoice to customer with the date car in stock - invoice raised with amount outstanding - emailed to customer

Three-year reminder email AND flagged on system to call them.

NB System must be flexible, so staff can add notes

Suppliers


1 Two companies: Supplier 1 Ltd/Suplier 2 Ltd: system needs to identify which from company the email has to go e.g. Emails to Company X Ltd can ONLY go from Supplier 1 Ltd and emails to Company Y Ltd can ONLY go from Suplier 2 Ltd; so, emails cannot be sent from the wrong account

2 Supplier order details: drop down menu and ability to add notes and different discounts plus CAP data (see https://www.cap-hpi.com/products-and-services/new-vehicle-data) Flexibility critical on system


Internal

Backend note system whereby if a customer calls in with a query, the system generates an internal email to staff and an external to the customer acknowledging their call/enquiry
