Need someone experienced to make a REACT native android app.

I am looking for someone who is experienced to make a REACT native android app for us that can show randomized results after the user has entered data via input boxes.The app is basically a decision maker for people who are confused between multiple options. The app will ask the user for their choices via input boxes and then a dice animation will show after which the result will be displayed and the user will be able to share it via text message with a predefined text format.

The app is meant to be simple with just 3 steps:-

1. Data entry
2. Animation.
3. Result with share option)

We dont want 3D animations initially. But if you can manage a simple rolling dice animation then thats a big plus. Please share your price and timeline for this. At the top of the cover letter Please write Ninja so i know you read the full job carefully.
