Cannabis Company Needs WordPress Developer to Create Responsive Site

We are looking for a knowledgeable WordPress developer that can first create the wed design layout so we are able to tweak and then create the responsive website fully coded. We are a cannabis e-commerce company that is marketing weed in a can. Our target age range is 21-55 both men and women. The right candidate will be able to create a functioning site that I will be able to easily add/update myself. We are open to all designs and colours at this point. We have provide files to what the actual product will look like. There will be 3-4 different cans and colours. ***We may need some content developing along with graphic design skills.*** So you must be familiar with the cannabis market.

To complete deliverable the developer will have experience in
-WordPrss
-PhP
Product research and content developing
-Should be familiar with the verbiage of the cannabis community
-Has great SEO writing skills
-HTML/CSS
-mySQL

**Open to negotiating price for the right candidate.
