Exterior Rendering - Sketch up, Vray and photoshop - Freelance job in Engineering And Architecture

I have model in sketch up which i need rendering using 3d Max or Vray or anything for 4 images . Then touch up in Photoshop to add people and make it look realistic. I have added a sample image for rendering as well.

I have attached the sketchup and some sample rendering images with this email.
