Create new website from old

Our company website is currently build on Adobe Business Catalyst platform which is being discontinued in next month. We are looking at having the site recreated and will host it on another platform.
I will share a website link and website data with shortlisted canidates only.
The site is currently set up as a shopping cart but it is NOT necessary for the new site as we do not sell online. We would like to list our products with manuals available for download but no actual buying needed. I am sure there are better ways to do this than by using a shopping cart.
Having said that we are trying to keep the cost of this as low as possible as it is something we are phasing out and wont be using the website for much longer but we will not be ready to phase out before next month when Business Catalyst ends.
Please could you give me an estimate on how long you would expect the work to take so I can get an idea of costs.
