Custom interactive mapping for PDF and web

We are a Seattle-based engineering and sustainability firm looking to engage a consultant on a mapping project. There are two deliverables:

1. A framework to generate custom PDF maps of our projects in the region. For example, if we receive an RFP for a high-rise office building with a certain certification, this would generate a map of the high-rise office buildings with that certification weve done in the region. We have the data (lat/long/height/project type) in an excel spreadsheet and need a framework set up to generate a map that can be customized based on the needs of the proposal. An example of a manually-created map is attached. We need to be able to update the map ourselves in the future as we secure new projects.

2. An interactive map of our projects for our website. The user needs to be able to toggle which filters theyd like to see (e.g. residential, mid-rise, transportation, LEED-certified, hotel project, etc.). A rough pass is visible here:(removed by Toogit admin). However, the filters are set up a layers, which means duplicate points on the map and the menu for filtering is hidden by default. The web deliverable does not need to be set up using Google Maps, though it could be.

Bonus deliverable: A 3-D visualization of our projects--interactive would be ideal. Any leads are appreciated.

We are looking for a consultant who can set up a structure within a few weeks that we can maintain moving forward.
