Objectives: An (LIB. MS) Library management system takes following input
1) College _Id
2) Course_Id
3) Student_Name
4) Student_Contact_No
5) Student_Address
6) Book_Id
7) Book_Author
8) Book_publishing_year
9) Issue_date
10) Submission_date
11) Fine
Based on above inputs it will display the total electricity bill along with
following condition
1 If the users want to issue a book he has to provide all the above
information and submission date only after he submits the book.
2 If the user takes book(s), for more than 30 days he will be fined Rs 5
per extra day.
3 Make the database for number of students in your batch, storing all
the details.
4 Now store values for book issued and book submitted for following
