Favetheme Wordpress Customization

I own a rental agency that works mostly with students. Please tell me how you can help to update it.

Part 1 I am looking for installation & design assistance :
- I bought a template which looks great. I installed it but I need some help with setups as I am not a developer (FB Connect, Google Maps API are explained in the documentation but I struggle a little bit)

- Design : I would like the landing page to look as closely as possible to one website I will share you with you.

Part 2 : I also need theme customization :

- Price is nightly. I need it to be monthly. I opened a ticket and they said it was possible with customization.

- Payment processing : I want users to pay first months rent on my platform.
