High-level Description:

Setup and manage mobile device lab of 10 mobile devices.

Background:

Kobiton is a mobile testing platform that allows mobile app developers to test their mobile application on real devices either through automation scripts or manually through a browser. The Kobiton Desktop software manages the mobile devices connected to it. Kobitons customers desire to test their mobile applications in different geographies around the world. The Kobiton Desktop software makes this possible.

The up-front setup includes:
- Receive 10 devices, a Mac mini, a USB Hub, a wireless access point, and an enclosed rack to house the kit;
- Coordinate installation of local data service to be connected to the wireless access point;
- Unwrap and install 10 devices, connected to Kobiton Desktop via the USB Hub and connect to WAP.

The on-going maintenance and remote hands includes:
- Troubleshoot device issues and
- Restart network and infrastructure components.
