Systems architect for Salesforce implementation for Direct Response business model.

Direct response sales and marketing agency delivering leads and appointments.

Were looking for a business consultant with systems architecture experience to design a roadmap for our Salesforce installation, integrating call center platform, sales cloud, and marketing automation system.

Project scope:
- Assess current situation (call center, lead distribution and nurturing process), define desired future state, and provide gap analysis on current implementation.
- Prepare high level business requirements to implement roadmap

Special skills required for the project:
- Experience with call centers (inbound and outbound calling)
- Experience with integrating multi-channel contact streams
- Experience with large scale non-profit fundraising systems, business-to-business lead generation and/or DTC direct response programs preferred.
