We are looking to make an app that will help all parties that are in a real estate deal be up to date of the current step their closing is in.

The app should have a similar UI as the pizza delivery apps showing where the pizza is in the process to deliver.

We want something similar to the pizza delivery app but with the loan and contract process. We want it to be accessible by all parties so that everyone involved can request an update or add information to the system to update everyone else.
