I am looking to hire a freelance web designer to work on my existing Aveda Theme WordPress site. I dont want to change any of my Backend SEO optimizations. I just need a nice facelift so the site has a better flow, better functionality, image load properly, and polish it up so it can compete alongside my high-end competitors. My total budget is $40hr (Max $1200).
