We are looking for a very experienced mysql-database export.

We are currently experiencing issues with a big table in mysql (21GB).
Inserts of 100 records vary between milli-seconds but also go up to 30 seconds
records to this database are written and deleted very frequently (multiple thousands during data imports) and when users are active in a specific segment in our tool, records are added and deleted instantly with every action.

the issue we are having is when imports are running and at the same time there is a lot of activity in the tool. the time for the queries is going up wich results into timeouts in our tool.

More information:
- Table-size: 21GB
- columns have indexes
- memory is 64GB (RDS: R5.2xlarge)
- innodb_buffer_pool_size is set to: DBInstanceClassMemory*3/4
