WordPress installation is ready to go. There is an old WordPress site in Dutch, with about 5 pages. This needs to be transformed to an complete new responsive site.
Use of tools as Visual Composer is allowed; developer licenses is already bought and ready to use.

Im looking for someone who is able to deliver an complete basis site in an short time. Ive multiple projects at the moment and looking for a reliable partner to work with me.
