Need an Android and Iphone app developed that matches users, similar to a dating app.

Create an app that matches registered users based off of location, interests, age, gender, etc. Similar to a dating app, where matches are quick and option to swipe, chat, IM. App must incorporate parent permission/parent email due to it being designed for children as well as adults so must have knowledge in this area.

Must be dedicated, detail oriented, hard worker and proficient to get this project done in a timely manner. Must be willing to work/communicate with me to get quality, final product.
