Advertising to Small Businesses in the US

I need someone who can advertise by new business portal.

You must know the small business market and have expertise in that area.

Were building a new business portal which will provide unlimited traffic to our clients/members as well as give them other tools to help build their business.

We are taking a unique approach with this portal as it will be tied into our child motivational book called Im So Proud Of.

Everyone associated with our portal will receive positive exposure and we have a very small entry fee to get the first 5,000 to 7,000 businesses into Founder Accounts.

What Im looking for is someone who can provide the advertising knowledge for the initial sales and then manage and run all traffic for the site after that so this could be an ongoing lucrative engagement.

You must have a proven record of being able to get the sales I want and I prefer to work with someone in the US but will consider others based on experience.

The initial cost I am putting for this job is low as I will not turn over $40K to anyone and say go get the sales. I want to see results and we will ramp up as necessary.

What we have is not a difficult sale but we will need to be very targeted in our approach. Someone with a build up list of small businesses would be excellent for this as we can hit the ground running.

One of our target markets is real estate agents so if you have experience and contacts in that area, that will be helpful as well.
