3D Design Environment Modeler Needed!

What is needed is a artist who is focused in environmental design for Unity.
Quality: Low Poly Realistic
Size of entire project: no more than 3 megas (appox. 500mb or less)
PolyCount for entire project: 200k tris (overall)
Engine: Unity 2018.3.0b11
Shaders: Basic shaders only
Files to submit: FBX of project and Unity project.

Furniture will be separate assets from the project.

What I will provide:
I will provide a block which is the size of the character
Image references
