iOS/android social ecommerce app

We have a social app like tik tok but to allow users to upload their items to sell on the platform
To sell a new item a user can record a video of their item, then we need it to link to an affiliate provider. We can pick 3-4 providers like amazon, eBay, and a few other shopping sites. When you upload the video, we need the user to type in the item name, model etc and then a link is placed on the item which links it to the affiliate website. Then the client will get funds from revenue and issue coins which will equate to real money inside the app for sharing content

We need PayP al and stripe integration. And a cms iOS and android app
