T-Shirt Designer/Illustrator 5-10 Designs per Day (Long Term Job Relationship intended)

Im in need of a Graphic Designer for a Long Term working relationship to create 5 to 10 designs per day (designing hundreds potentially thousands of unique quality designs)

Most designs will be of medium complexity, but some may be highly complex.

To test your skills/abilities I will require you to design around 5 T-shirt designs within the next 3-5 days after the application process.

Ill pay you on a per design basis. You will receive $1.5-$3 up to $4 per design depending on quality and intensity.

I will send you the ideas for shirt designs in a Google Sheet. Based on the ideas you will create the designs using your skills and creative abilities and in your own unique style. For example, I might send you an already existing t-shirt and I would need you to create a better version that is in your own creative style. I might also send you an idea in writing and you will create the design from my description.


You must have the following Graphic Designing / Illustrating skills:
-Create HAND-DRAWN and ORIGINAL creative T-Shirt designs.
-TYPOGRAPHIC DESIGN experience (Hand-drawn in many cases)
-Be able to create up to 5 original designs per day
-Fluent in English

I will send you the first 2 ideas to test your abilities. If these are good and to the criteria then I will send the remaining 8 design briefs.

It is VERY important that:
-You make sure NOTHING you design violates a copyright
-Nothing you send was ever previously or will be never in the future be sent to anyone else (all original designs)
-After designing and sending the .AI or .PSD files, I OWN ALL THE RIGHTS of the designs.

After designing the initial 10 designs, this may turn into a long-term position requiring 5-10 designs a day (150-300 designs a month)
