A services platform in Arabic like fiverr

I would like to create an electronic platform to provide mini services like fiverr platform , but with special payment methods where we will not use Paypal or credit cards, but internal payment methods that the site is linked to via a special API

Required features

The services page exist for buyers to publish their orders, and accordingly sellers submit their offers according to what is required
