Action tracker database

I need this FAST! This is an basic action tracking database. I have tons of data that needs to be organized and presented for review so actions can be raised against each item if necessary. There are several sources, each source has several items and revisions, each item has several comments. The items need to be identified as needing further action (yes/no) by reading the comments for each. Comments need to appear in chronological order. If yes then action for the item needs to be described, assigned, and due date will be required.

This needs to have a user friendly front end to let each group search for items in their area and review. They should be able to filter for their area and see all items. Then open an item to review and indicate action required yes/no.

Management needs to be able to see a report of how many items have been reviewed, actioned, due dates, status, etc.

Stand-alone is okay for now but something that can be hosted by share point is a definite plus.

This posting is for a quick working proof of concept. If further development is required or desired, we can extend the scope and negotiate a lump sum cost.
