Ad Campaign designing in South Korea for NAVER

We are a social media market research company based in Finland and are looking to start an Ad campaign in South Korea for market research purpose. We are looking for someone based in South Korea who would help us in designing and setting up the campaign on Naver The purpose of the ad is the respondents will click on the choices to fill up the survey. People who have done such Ad designing campaign in social media previously will be preferred.
