adding 2 bedrooms to existing floor plan

here is a limited project I putting out for bid. we got 2 types of plans you would need to draw, both will have 4 bedrooms; first one has them added upstairs and the second adds bedrooms down stairs. the downstairs will get bigger in the living room to accommodate the size need for a hall to access the new space. If you look closer, you will see that the plan has the upstairs cantilever over the front door, just bring that wall all the way out to accommodate the a hall between the powder room and the coat closet. The effect will just make the living room and dining room larger. At this point, you are only paid to draw a top view floor plan to meet what i am asking for, If you speak English good enough we can do a video or audio call to expedite all the little details (like room sized) yo will have to speak with me to get the specifics, if you understand spoken English, it should be easy. . I got a lot more work but we have to start with this,
