Adding Affiliate Tracking Code to Url

Looking for API and Affiliate tracking code expert.

Our website has search engine linked with Ebay and Amazon API search result.

When the user search for an item in my website the result coming from amazon and eba API are without Affiliate tracking code in the url.

I need a developer who can attach the unique affiliate tracking code into the url of the API search result products so when the user decided to buy the product on Amazon or Ebay a commission will be counted in my Affiliate account (Amazon associate & eBay Partner Networks).
