Adding contact form on the website (capable of storing data) and teach me how to

Hello!
Im starting a website as front-end developer / video-editor and since I do not know almost anything about backend (SQL, PHP, etc.) I need to implement a simple but functional contact form on my website (dedicated page), capable of storing on my server the datas of the users.
The contact form will be very standard, asking the user to fill:
- their name
- e-mail
- their company (optional)
- enquire type (selection from website development, video-editing and other)
- Detail about the enquire.
On top of that, I need the candidate to teach me how to simply create a similar contact form. The best would be if we do the contact form together on the call. Not a complete guide about PHP or SQL language, but just how to implement the form on future website.
I will share the templates of what I am looking for.
