Advanced Wordpress Speed optimization for ecommerce site with w3 total cache and digital ocean

I am looking for someone who can optimize the speed of a webstore I have, its quite advanced and we use quite some plugins. Work with w3 total cache which needs to be tailored set up and other optimizations need to be applied.

Please let me know what you can do for me.

This is a one time project but if you are good I will outsource more work towards you.
