Advertising company looking to buy quality sales lead list

Hi we are an out-of-home advertising company, we put our hand sanitizing kiosks at the front gate of supermarkets, to help and improve the community wellness from flu & germs, but we need sponsor to survive and keep supplying free sanitizer and wipes to our lovely neighborhoods in 50 states of USA, so we have a ad space on the kiosk, to promote advertisers.
Now, we want to buy good lists of businesses that could potentially be our sponsors at less than $10 per day per kiosk.
so the businesses we want should be able to afford such sponsorship (at least 1 mm + annual revenue), have the desire to be popular locally, and have spent money on marketing/advertising already if possible.

we want at least 100K+ leads. if the first file goes well this is going to be an on-going project and I would keep buying from you.
