Analyze and Compare data from Multiple Listing Service (USA real estate)

I am looking to build a quick comparable analysis between properties that allows more flexibility in reporting. Data is initially gathered from the multiple listing service (MLS) in a spreadsheet format and then pared down using specified qualifiers.

I am unsure what type of program would be best suited to do this. Right now, I use Excel spreadsheets and manually filter out data.

I can provide an example of an end report with psuedodata along with the fields and algorithms needed to make the report.

These are the two processes that I would like to automate:

(1) COMPARABLE ADJUSTMENT SUMMARY
1. Take data from a multiple listing service (MLS) system into an excel format
2. Allow user to manually pick from a list of qualifiers to narrow down the data
3. Algorithm runs making those adjustments
4. Output needs to be viewable in a customized, company branded format and able to print as a PDF

(2) NEIGHBORHOOD DATA ANALYSIS
1. Take data from an MLS system into an excel format
2. User specifies desired fields
3. Algorithm runs to produce counts, sums, and percentages of specified fields
4. Algorithm runs making those adjustments
5. Output needs to be viewable in a customized, company branded format and able to print as a PDF
