ANDROID / IOS APP generating CPU usage and playing video

We want an Android app which will be used to check how long a phone can be used to play video and calculate random data.

The app has to work from android 2.1 to latest versions and all iOS versions.

The phones will not be rooted or broken and we do not plan to distribute the software publicly.

This app will be used on hundred of mobile phones on test benches.

We need :

A windows software to load the app into android and iOS mobiles.

The app itself :

functions the app will use :
- PLAY VIDEO FULLSCREEN AND LOOP
- ADD RANDOM CALCULATION WITH CPU USAGE % LIMIT
- DISPLAY STORAGE CAPACITY
- DISPLAY IMEI and WIFI MAC
- DISPLAY BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL
- COUNTER INCREMENTING EVERY MINUTES
- STORE & DISPLAY MAX COUNTER VALUE

How will it be used :

- the app is loaded onto the phone using software
- the app will be launched from menus
- phones will be put on chargers
- when the battery is 100% we will manually turn off power adapters and launch the video fullscreen & random calculation
- from then the app will increment a counter every 1 minutes and store the value in phone memory
- counter will be incremented until the phone powers off by itself due to empty battery
- after every phones on the test bench powered off we will charge them again and reboot
- once the phone has rebooted we will launch the app again, which will display 5 previous tests counter max values.

We do not want the phones to overheat so we want the CPU usage to remain under 51% usage.
