Looking for somebody to help me structure an app for Android Media Players exclusively for using as a Digital Signage on a TV Screen. I dont need nothing fancy. The functions have to be the following.

-Use a TV as a digital signage with the Android Media Player where using the app, we can push advertising content through it and it will display on the tv.

Looking for the most affordable way of doing this. Not sure if we can create an app that automatically opens a website browser every time(where we can change the content periodically) it loads or turns the tv on etc. Open to suggestions.
