Looking for an experienced front-end developer to review the legacy edition of our platform as well as the mock-up version of the rewrite to create a fresh new front-end that provides a great user experience. I am not necessarily tied to Angular and can be talked into moving to a different framework, but I do want to keep the UI and backend decoupled.

Assume that all backend APIs have already been written and are complete in Laravel and will use OAuth for authentication.
