Answer to math problem

I am looking for the answer to my math problem below.
The person who gives the best answer based on mathematics as well as common sense will get the contract.

I am selling shoes
On my last order I ordered 300 pairs of shoes.

I order the following:
70 size 7
70 size 7.5
70 size 8
70 size 8.5
10 size 9
10 size 10

Total is 300 pairs.

Of the 300 pairs, all sold out except
I have 23 size 7
I have 20 size 7.5

I want to make a new order of 1000 pairs.
What order quantity and sizes should make up this 1000 pair

For my new order:
I want to order from sizes 6 until size 11 to equal 1000 pairs
From this new order,
I want 700 pairs to be red
I want 300 pairs to be black
