I am working in US based company, its related to Mortgage Project.

Here we are handling work from pdf. to word and excel work.

Ø AT Present working in CNS Comnet Solution PVT. LTD as SME (Subject Matter Expert.

Ø Various Responsibilities Handle In:

· Prepare the all quality data on every 15 days or monthly basis.

· Give the feedbacks to team leader & processor if got any errors.

· Maintaining the Errors reports of individual.

· Make a presentation and represent to the team as new Processes.

· Communicate with client if found any variations in SOP.

· Making plan of quality scoring on Daily & Monthly basis.

· Working on various tracking sites.

· Handles the Query related to the team processes
