Apartment Heating Layout Needed

Hi, Im looking for a HVAC planner who can assist in a renovation project for a classical apartment (120m2) in Budapest VI that will be split into a mix of three self contained studios.

The scope of this job is to:
1. Validate that the planned gas combi based heating system is possible,
2. Ensure that each of the parts will function as planned (e.g. panels, actuators, manifold etc),
3. Add thermostat locations and any wiring required to the existing floorplan,
4. Calculation of room heating requirements and ensuring that panel/towel rail heating output is sufficient,
5. Drawing of four isolated heating circuits on the existing floorplan for installation.

There may be other services requested (at additional cost).
