API development for vacation rentals channel manager

API Development

1. The application development must be on PHP/ Laravel framework.
2. The application development must be compatible with different laravel application hosting on same domain on folder basis.
3. The API to be capable of pulling/ pushing data from different database customized.
4. Admin front end must have dashboard, settings for different databases. That means multiple data based APIs to work.
5. The settings must be available as table format in admin settings as from table to table of different data fields.
6. The model to work on JSON / XML
7. Settings must have create, update, view, sync, buttons
8. All the above jobs must be capable of creating cron jobs on server.
9. The design / developer must be highly experienced and must prove it
10. The API application is for vacation rentals channel manager development
11. Experience in vacation rentals and or similar API development would be preferable.
12. Coding must be done as per standards defined and any deviations must be documented.
13. Complete tables and fields will be discussed with short listed resources.
