Apple Numbers Spreadsheet Formatting and Data Cleansing

I have some Apple Numbers spreadsheets that are the result of copy-and-paste web scraping. The data is spread across multiple tables in the spreadsheets, and has a lot of unnecessary data.

For example, the copy-pasted data may be a list of names, locations, phone numbers, job titles, departments and email addresses. All I actually want is the names, job titles, departments and email addresses, and I want them in a single table.

Each spreadsheet will have tabs that have a blank master table which will tell you what data you need to pull from the copy-pasted information.

Each spreadsheet will have between 100 to 600 rows of data.

Some of the spreadsheets may also need you to follow a link to a profile page to get the information.

Each spreadsheet will be slightly different, and I will give you full details of what is required for each one when I send it to you.
