Apply style and add gridview editing feature to new pages in existing website

We have an existing website www.moverspoe.com that uses a style. We have developed (outside of this website) a new feature. Now we want to incorporate the new feature into the existing website and also improve the editing feature in the new feature page.
The changes are described in the attached document.
The new feature is actually one page consists of several tab panels (and 2 ascx files).
You can examine the new web site in http://demopricing.moverspoe.com and the existing website in www.moverspoe.com in both login as developer/developer.
Note: in the new website, only Price Setting is teh subject of this project
Once I select the programmer, I will forward to him the existing website source code and the new website code and the database (MS Access) .
Please examine the work. I would like to get a fixed price for the who;e project. If there will be changes or additional requirements they will be charged separately (unless they are minor
